To become a member of CHA please download our membership application and send it to the address listed along with your $30.00 membership fee, payable to CHA.

Please note that we communicate via YahooGroups, so please be sure to include your email address on your application so you don’t miss any important information and notifications.

Membership is from August to August.

Cost to join after January is $15.00; after April $10.00.
