What CHA Offers

CHA offers many wonderful benefits to its members, including:

 

Park Days:                       We offer two (2) weekly opportunities to socialize at local parks.

Holiday Parties:             Trunk or Treat, Thanksgiving Friendship Feast, Christmas Party, Valentine’s Skate Party, Easter Egg & Scavenger Hunt

Fairs & Festivals:          International Fest, Science Fair and Art Fest

Teaching Co-ops:           We currently offer co-ops for elementary children in science, art, reading, and history, and in rotating subjects for K-8.

Field Trips:                      We offer field trips for all ages at least twice per month.

Elementary/Tween Field Trips: Once a month fun activities targeting ages 5 thru 12

Preschool Field Trips:  Once a month activities targeting the interest of our little ones ages 3–5.

Special Events:             Awards Night, Family Fun Day & Senior Graduation

Community Service:     We offer at least 2 community service opportunities per year.

Teens:                             Teens have one cool outing per month. (rock climbing, movie night, etc.)

Boy/ Girl Scouts:         We have founded a Cub Scout and Girl Scout Pack/Troop.

Mom’s Night Out:       Our moms gather quarterly (Sept./Dec./March/June) to relax and enjoy adult conversation and socializing.

Yahoo Groups:          We have a Yahoo Group for chatting and keeping up with the latest news.

Scholarship:               We offer a scholarship to our seniors to be used in furthering their education after graduation from high school.
